For purchases over $275 and within a 50-mile radius of any of our locations, we provide free next-day delivery. Within our delivery area, we charge a $50 delivery fee for purchases under $275. Regardless of the quantity ordered, we impose a $200 delivery fee for sites outside our 50-mile range.

If the components are not painted or cut, we accept all returned stock products within 30 days of the original purchase. Regrettably, we will only get the products as returns if you have painted or chopped any of them.

As part of our return policy, we provide two refund choices. We can return your funds using your original payment method, or we can maintain the amount as store credit on your account for future purchases. We provide bespoke milling. We are pleased to work with you on any project, no matter the size because we know that there are instances when the vision for your project does not match any in-stock alternatives and you want something bespoke. Cove moulding, chair rail, and other trim forms should always be prepared before installation. Whether you are experienced in the procedure or not, we advise you to watch our video to understand how to set up our trim for installation.
